Tiny House Nostalgia

Nostalgia

Near my house sits this large park and farmland.

One day last winter I decided to drive over and then go walking to this beat up house in the middle of a field.

Nostalgia

This photograph was not taken with my DSLR camera but rather my older iPhone 4S.

So why am I sharing this here when I have an iPhoneography blog?

The reason is to show that it doesn’t matter what type of camera you’re using or whether it looks retro, has dials or buttons, touch screen or not, wifi or GPS or that $3,000 price tag.

“The best camera is the one you have with you” – Chase Jarvis

After capturing this scene I processed the photograph in Snapseed for that nostalgic feel.

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott

  1. Apparently my impressions of New Jersey are wrong…

    1. Were you thinking all dirty city-like? :-) I’m actually surrounded by tons of farms.
