Best & Favorite Photographs of 2015

Best & Favorite Photographs of 2015

Best & Favorite Photographs of 2015 It’s that time of year again, where I share my best and favorite photos from the year.

However, unlike the past couple years, I did less photography of landscapes and for clients. This is mainly due to my daughter’s birth. So instead of just sharing photos I decided also to share proud achievements from myself, and from my friends.

But there was still photography. There was also education and travel. There were a lot of great things that happened in 2015.

So to kick things off right, here are the photos.

David at the shooting range. Practicing with two guns, a Smith and Wesson and Baretta.

2015 literally started out with a bang.  I went with my brother-in-law, his friend, and my father-in-law to the shooting range to try out two pistols.

Layla 3

Layla was born days after going to the shooting range. By the time this post goes live, she’ll be just under a year old!  She’s amazing, with a huge personality. Melissa and I think think she’s going to be a musician or an artist.

new-jersey-craft-beer

I documented a beer collaboration brewing event at Spellbound Brewing here in New Jersey.

WE35_Stop_Sign_Night

I joined my friends in a project called WE35.  This was one of the photos from the project.

Yoda

I attended the NJ Balloon Festival again and wrote about why I love it so much.

High Point Solutions Stadium

I had the opportunity to photograph the football stadium where the Rutgers football team plays, while the stadium was completely empty.

NYC Skyline from Google

I had the pleasure of touring Google’s NYC offices and photographed the city from one of the balconies.

It Was Tied Down

I experienced a beautiful New York City sunrise, with a group of friends.

seattle-facetime

And I went to Seattle and did my first traveling Facetime with Layla.  I plan to do this whenever I travel, so she’s there with me.

Storyteller

I learned about the history of a Palouse family, and their unique round barn. I also donated some cash to their barn restoration project.

Sunsets ala Butte - Before

I photographed beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the Palouse, Washington region.

charleston-bridge

I spent a few days in Charleston, South Carolina with family. It was Layla’s eight state she’s visited in her first year of life.

Now that I shared some of my best and favorite photographs from 2015, I want to share some other awesomeness.

Here are some of the other amazing things that happened in my life, this year. As well as what happened in the lives of my friends and family.

Cheers to 2016!
