How to properly hold a camera

You are most likely holding your camera the wrong way.

And that’s ok. 

We all do it.

But there are better ways. Methods of holding your camera to keep it steady. To make sure that your photographs aren’t too soft, or blurry.

The right way to hold a camera, when horizontal (or landscape) is comfortable. However, it’s not as comfortable when vertical (or portrait).

  • Elbows tucked
  • Legs spread to shoulder width
  • Hands under the lens

In this video, you will learn how to hold a camera the right way, and even learn what to do if you don’t feel comfortable holding the camera the right way.
