I am happy to share that I’m teaching a class at the B&H Photo event space in NYC. The class is called “WordPress for Photographers – An Introduction” and is 100% free!
If you are looking to learn about how to use WordPress for your photography website, then please join me on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
This is an intro class, so if you’ve been using WordPress for a long time then you likely don’t need it.
I’m sharing this, whether you live close to NYC or not, because the event will be recorded. So I thought a heads up would be nice.
Here is a description of the talk:
Quite often I see photographers getting overwhelmed by the look of the WordPress backend and the amount of options that WordPress offers. In WordPress for Photographers – An Introduction you are going to get past the confusion. You will break through the struggles with a down to Earth overview, simplifying what is what and how to get started. You will learn about the dashboard, themes, plugins and more. I am going to break down the core functions of WordPress so that it doesn’t feel as scary, and you can get moving forward with building out your photography website.
If you do live in the NYC area and want to attend, know that the event is free so all you need is an account at B&H in order to attend.
The B&H Event Space is located on the second floor of our the B&H SuperStore, at 420 9th Ave, New York, NY 10001.
I hope to see you there, and if not, I hope you will check out the recording once it is available!
Seats are limited so please RSVP at the B&H site. Did I mention it’s free?
