Today I wanted to share some photos from around New York City.
These were made during a photowalk I hosted in NYC for The Arcanum.
A photo from the South Street Seaport area of New York City. Just in the shadows of the World Trade Center, or now the Freedom Tower, this resembled a great display of growth. New York City returned from the ashes of a great disaster. And is striving every day.I think this photo of the rubble serves as a sense of success following the disaster in NYC on 9/11. Beyond the rubble is something standing tall, to remind us of our freedom.
The view here is about 2 feet in front of the rubble in the previous photo. From this view you can see the beautiful Freedom Tower in all its amazing glory. (The Freedom Tower is NOT in this photo)
Night long exposure from Brooklyn Bridge Park in Brooklyn, NY facing Manhattan. At the end of the photowalk we parted ways at this spot. Just between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge is Brooklyn Bridge Park. From here you can see a the amazing skyline that is New York City.
