Photo Critique – Crop Out Landscape Distractions

photo-critique-crop-out-landscape-distractions

Today’s photo critique is one of my favorite of recent ones.

The reason is because I feel distractions are often overlooked in a scene.

In this critique you will see that a simple crop or, depending if you have the right software, content aware and cloning can be used to remove distractions.

If you do not want to crop your photograph to remove distractions, I highly recommend that you utilize software like Adobe Photoshop for content awareness, closing and healing, Adobe Lightroom if it can handle the task or MacPhun Software’s Snapheal.

I hope you walked away thinking about distractions more now.

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott
