This is why HDMI capture cards matter

In a previous article, I talked about why the webcam you buy matters.

You see, not all webcams are equal. Some have low resolutions, or poor adjustment to light or color.

Some have narrower angles than others.

The same can be said for HDMI capture cards.

I have always used the Cam Link 4k from Elgato to capture my cameras for meetings, live streams and other video needs.

But I noticed an affordable HDMI capture card to test in a comparison.
