Unified Color’s HDR Express now available

HDR Express

HDR Express If you are a photographer looking to get into HDR or learn just learn about it, then HDR Express is the software for you. It doesn’t have the advanced features like most HDR software out there. Unified Color created HDR Express to make the process simple and functional.

HDR Express is $99 but use my discount code, scottwyden, for some wonderful savings!

HDR Express is the game-changer in HDR Software. It combines all the critically acclaimed power of HDR Expose with an intuitive interface to give you fast, beautiful HDR results that you never believed were possible. HDR Express demystifies HDR software by giving you the controls and presets you need to create realistic or stylized HDR photos in the blink of an eye. And, HDR Express is based on Unified Color’s patented, ultra-wide, 32-bit color space to make all your captured color bloss om in your final photographs.

My friend Michael James posted about HDR Express on Monday. He included a wonderful Pro/Con list. Without copying the list directly, here is a summary.

Pros

  1. Faster than HDR Expose and 32 Float
  2. Halo free
  3. Dynamic Range Mapping by default
  4. Thumbnail presets
  5. Save as BEF (for use in HDR Expose and 32 Float)

Cons

  1. Limited range
  2. Built for beginners so it lacks advanced functionality
  3. No batch processing

So with that said, check out HDR Express.  Download the free trial.  My favorite part of the software is the transition of the entire dynamic range.  It’s pretty sweet!

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott
