Using VSCO Film For Local Adjustments

VSCO, Visual Supply Co., created a fantastic set of Lightroom presets, called VSCO Film.

However, the presets go way beyond the simple one-click solutions of so many other preset bundles.

VSCO created a variety of local adjustments, that can be made with tools like the Lightroom brush.  In the photograph you see here, I used some of the VSCO brush presets to create dramatic light on the trees and bridge.

So next time someone tells you that Lightroom presets are for photographers without vision, think again.  The right set of presets are the perfect tools for getting the job done efficiently.
