Today I was shooting headshots and some “around the town” portraits of Josh, an aspiring actor in New Jersey. Josh is a cool guy who is a blast to photograph. He can be fun, but also knows when it’s time to be serious and get down to the shooting. I used PocketWizards and shot using the 50mm f/1.4 lens through an Orbis Ring Flash attached to a Nikon SB800. The background was grey so I lit it separately to brighten it up quite a bit.
