The Darkness Overcomes

the-darkness-overcomes

I photographed this while out with the New Jersey Smug group at Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, New Jersey.

The shadow was eerie and mysterious. I shot this with the Leica M9 and Zeiss 25mm lens, which provides a wide view of the tall trees and long path.

Using onOne Software’s Perfect Effects, I processed the photo to bring out the difference in darkness and light.

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,
Scott

  1. Really like how the landscape behind the trees shows through in between them! Cool!
