I, like millions of others, sell photos through stock websites. What I do not like is how picky they are. If a person submits a photo of a location whether owed by a company or a single person and this location is accessible by anyone in the world then a property release should not be needed. If there is a sign that states private property then it is a different story. But that’s just my opinion.
