Playing For Pesos

for-pesos

for-pesos

Right after photographing the boy trying to cut the metal chain with a plastic knife, I photographed these two guys playing some Mexican style tunes. They play very well and after snapping a couple of photos of them I dropped some Pesos into their tip cup. They were very thankful.

Side note: As I write this, 1 Mexican peso = 0.0860 US dollars

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott

hi scott. wow, i have a lot to catch up on in viewing your work! i can’t wait!
this is th first one i’ve stopped on, and it is interesting to me because i have made 45 trips to cozumel, so this is a familiar site to me….where was this photo taken?

ah..ok….one view furthere and i see it was in cancun. just across the pond, lol.

    1. No worries :-)

  3. I really like it. I’m not sure why, but I do. Maybe it’s the looks on their faces? Maybe it’s the colors? Maybe it’s their matching watches? Whatever it is, it’s a great shot!

    1. Thank you Collin
