Peanut Butter Litter in Chicago

Peanut Butter Litter in Chicago

Litter is an interesting thing.

It tells a story about someone. It tells you about the environment where it lives.

Sadly, it also shows how little some people care about the world.

I have an ongoing project, called Street Litter.

Peanut Butter Litter in Chicago

I noticed this jar of peanut butter while teaching on a photowalk during Out of Chicago Photography Conference. To be honest, I was expecting to see some pizza and hot dog litter around the city. Instead, I got peanut butter.

As usual, I picked up the jar and threw it in the trash (not too far away).

Want to see more street litter? Check out the project here.
