ON1 Photo RAW is a powerhouse app for Mac and Windows. It is designed as a complete workflow solution for practically any photographer. It’s similar to Lightroom as far as workflow goes. However, it’s missing an important feature preventing me from making a 100% switch at this point. Fortunately ON1 listens to their customers.
