Making Self-Portraits More Creative

Last Friday I announced Self-Portrait Friday which is when you captured a self-portrait from my mobile device and share it on Twitter using the hashtag, #selfportraitfriday.

As today is another Friday, I decided to share a fun tip and photograph from my recent outing with Brian, Steve and Jesse. We had the chance to visit two community gardens around New York City. During our visit to the second one the guys walked right passed this perfect self-portrait opportunity, so I decided to set up for a some brackets.

Can you see me in that photograph? How about with the loupe:

You might be saying “that’s dumb” or “stupid self-portrait” but I say, Photographic Easter Eggs are fun.

Sometimes it is the little things that make us laugh, or think creatively. Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott
