Interesting that you would use a Topaz Labs product. Their customer support is so poor that they refuse to put a contact phone number on their webpage. I had a serious problem with Topaz Adjust freezing my Photoshop session. When I tried to contact the company, the only way to get to them was through email, and I would have had to put my entire photoshop application on hold until (or IF) they decided to respond. I sent them an email, but they never responded. I had to force quit the session and loose hours of work.

When I approached a Topaz rep at the Photo Expo Show in New York to discuss the issue with him he told me to get in touch with the company via email (HA!) that he was too busy selling products to the visitors to his booth to care.

    Nice! Caveat Emptor!

    1. I’ve never had an issue with customer support or their products freezing. Very odd that you had both issues. They are very proactive so I would expect a resolution soon.
