A Love Of Empty Spaces

newport-empty-spaces

I am a big fan of empty spaces in photographs.

For example, check out this image from South Carolina.

Or the how about the below of the Cliff Walk in Newport, Rhode Island.

I am not sure what it is with photographs having so much empty space. Maybe it’s the feeling of calm, quiet. Or the desire to roam the open space.

Like many other things in life, I may never figure it out – but I love empty spaces.

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott
