I went way back in the archives for this one.
This was shot in 2007 in Philadelphia, PA.
While at this location I had no tripod. So my camera was resting on a hand-rail the entire time.
This was processed in onOne Software Perfect Effects and Focal Point to bring a colorful mix of delicious reflections, boats and bridges.
