4am Project

logo

Karen Strunks started a website called 4amproject.org where people share pictures of their environment at 4 in the morning.  But thats not just all there is to it.  Karen added a twist that on April 4th, 2009 at 4am everyone who chooses to get involved will take a pictures and soon after upload the shots to Flickr with the tag 4amproject.  This is excited and so different.  Karen posted on the 4amproject blog this TED video which, as odd as it is, says so much about 4am.  No matter how tired I am, and wherever I am (I will be in Baltimore somewhere) I will have my alarm set, my tripod ready and will be outside taking a photo!

Great idea Karen!
