The 337th photo of my Project 365 was of a man named Bob Buda who owns Buda Consulting. He asked me to photograph his new headshot. He wanted something more relaxed and comfortable. Something more modern, if you will.

I used two SB900 speedlights on my D700. One on camera as a master which also bounced off the ceiling. The other was inside of an Orbis ring light. I used my Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 lens for the shot because the room was tight and I wasn’t sure how far back I would need to be.

I am humbled that Bob enjoyed the headshot so much that in a matter of hours the photo was already in place on his website.
