Pocket Model Release Pad

After the Photo Plus Expo I walked with Andrew and Courtney to Calumet where I saw a small model release pad. Why didn’t I think of that? So instead of my spending the $10 on the pad I decided to duplicate it. I took a picture with my cell phone and when I got home I opened Photoshop and recreated the pad. With that said, I am sharing the PSD file with everyone. Enjoy!

Download the PSD and customize it!

Please check for spelling errors while customizing the pad for yourself as the psd file is just proof. I did not check for spelling errors

There is also a slick little iPhone app that allows you to take a photo for reference of the model and PDF and email direct to yourself or that person… it is called EasyRelease…

Yea, it is pretty neat. They said their planning an Android version as well. As long as enough people request it.
