Photography Studio Lighting On A Budget – A Free Course

Photography Studio Lighting

THIS COURSE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. SEE MY CURRENT COURSE AVAILABILITY HERE.

Often times photographers get overwhelmed with all the lighting equipment out on the market.

I am here to tell you that it does NOT have to be complicated or expensive. I put together a presentation, called Photography Studio Lighting On A Budget, to make at a New Jersey Photographers Community (Google Plus) event at Dynalite in Union, New Jersey. Since I was making a presentation anyway, I decided to also record it as a course for Udemy.

Please note, that this course is not designed to teach you about light. Rather, it is designed to provide guidance for choosing the right lighting equipment for you and your budget.

In the course, you will learn about:

  • Small hot shoe strobes/flash
  • Monolights
  • Continuous lights
  • Triggers
  • Light stands
  • Light modifiers
  • Accessories

By the end of the course, you should have a clear picture of what to look for within your budget.  Of course, if you have questions throughout the course, you are welcome to ask questions.

Here is the course outline:

Notice the last lecture?  I’ve partnered with my friend Don Giannatti to offer my students a very nice discount to his course on simple lighting.  I did this because his course builds on what you will learn in my course as he will show you how to use your simple gear and create beautiful photographs.

Here is what Tricia from Lilac Blossom Photogrpahy had to say about the course:

Again, the course is free so please head over to Udemy and sign up for Photography Studio Lighting On A Budget today.

Thanks for reading and happy shooting,

Scott

Important Note: This course is NOT designed to teach you about using the lights. It is designed to teach about the actual products.
